Courtney is a qualified Civil Engineer and is a board director of C&M contracts (UK) Ltd. Courtney currently heads the estimating and business development section of the group. Courtney, has gained valuable experience from working alongside Michael Bigley in the running and development of the company
Olakunle Salako MSc(Const. Mgt) MCIOB MRICS MAPM
Olakunle is a chartered builder, surveyor & project Manager. He has over 25 years experience in construction management, project management and construction. He has been involved in many high profile jobs within the city of London, which earned him the nomination as one of the most successful Nigerian professionals in the UK. His works has been commended by the following: Parliamentary Works Directorate for the refurbishment of the Palace of Westminster, Property Agency for the Civil Estate for the refurbishment of Archway Towers, London and the Ministry of Defence for the refurbishment of the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. Olakunle has worked as a Project Manager with some of the largest international construction companies, including Balfour Beatty Construction Ltd, Willmott Dixon Construction Ltd & Interserve Project Services Ltd.
Reginald Longdon Bsc(Hons) PG Dip. Arch RIBA
Reginald has 25 years’ experience as a Chartered Architect; the last 10 years have been combined with project management. He draws on a broad range of experience in architectural and project management practices both small and large in the UK, Ghana, Egypt and Nigeria. He currently specialises in Project Management relying heavily on his background in architecture and site experience having worked directly for a construction firm (John Laing International). He has vast experience dealing with major corporate clients who are both discerning and demanding in their requirements. As Technical Director of Scurr Architects, he was responsible for all major building projects in the office and managed multiple projects in excess £80 million per annum. Since joining Courtney Michael in 2012 he has consulted to Cross River State Government Ministries and manages projects worth over $400 million. In addition to that he is involved; either directly in managing, setting up and/or has oversight of other projects in the Courtney Michael Portfolio worth a total of over $4 billion
Tinuola Eniola-Balogun MA CMgr MCMI MIoD
Tinuola has over 13 years of experience in business management, customer service and travel experience. Her resourcefulness and proactive attitude, combined with effective communication skills aids her ability to identify commercial opportunities and deliver a satisfactory outcome for both client and company whilst working alone and as part of a larger team. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos Nigeria, a post-graduate degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Bradford United Kingdom and a Master of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Portsmouth United Kingdom. She specialises in structuring, standardising and streamlining financial reporting processes to provide more accurate and productive systems that enhance data visibility and facilitate better business decisions. She is a chartered member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), a member of the Association for Project Management (APM), member of the Institute of Consulting (IC), member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), and also a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) in the United Kingdom. Tinuola, widely travelled, has participated in local and international training, workshops and conferences that have helped develop her competencies in service delivery.
